Associate Veterinarian

Receptionist

Are you looking for a job with a friendly and supportive team? The Brattleboro Veterinary Clinic is looking for a customer service/receptionist to join our team of dedicated people working to serve people and their pets. This person will work at the front desk - answering the phone, making appointments, greeting clients, prepping exam rooms, checking out clients and handling the various questions posed by our clients. Being both people and pet oriented is essential for this job. Comfort with computers is also very important for this job. Having a positive attitude and ability to work well with others is essential. This position will require 4 full weekdays and alternating 1/2 day Saturdays.

 


 

Kennel Attendant/Custodial Support

The Brattleboro Veterinary Clinic is looking for a kennel attendant to join us! This is an ideal position for someone looking for a part-time position that involves working a short shift on weekday mornings.  Primarily responsible for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the hospital.  Also responsible for care of post-surgical patients. Must be able to lift objects or animals of at least 30 pounds. Must be able to follow directions both with and without supervision. The ability to recognize certain behaviors in animals and be comfortable handling both cats and dogs are necessary for this job. It is important that the applicant be willing to learn basic medical terminology and develop an understanding of basic veterinary procedures.  Needed shifts are: Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs 7:30-9AM
