COVID-19 Update

Starting June 1st we will allow clients in the clinic with their pets for appointments.  Please review the following protocols:

  • Only one person is allowed in the clinic with their pet for appointments (2 people are allowed for euthanasia appointments).
  • Masks must be worn while in the clinic regardless of vaccine status.
  • When you arrive at the clinic, please keep your pet in your vehicle and ring the remote doorbell or call.  A staff member will escort you into the clinic when a room is available.
  • We are happy to continue to provide curbside care (where only your pet comes in the clinic) for clients who prefer or for those who do not want to wear a mask.  Additionally, we will still be using curbside pick-up for food, medications, and for technician appointments (such as vaccine boosters and suture removal).
  • Additionally, clients are encouraged to call in requests for medication refills and prescription diet food pick-up 48 hours ahead. At that time, you are encouraged to pre-pay with your credit/debit/Care Credit card.

Your support and kindness are very much appreciated.  We will continue to evaluate our protocols as the Covid-19 pandemic changes.  We hope to see you soon!

After hours emergency care is provided by the Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital in Deerfield, MA. All clients should feel free to contact VESH directly at 413-665-4911.
